5 Fast and Inclusive Breakfasts

To get the day off to a good start, we suggest five breakfasts for kids and adults that can be prepared in less than 5 minutes, perfect for busy mornings on school and work days.

These quick and inclusive breakfast suggestions are suitable for allergy sufferers, intolerant people, celiacs, vegetarians and vegans.

  1. Ready to eat (less than 1 minute prep)

Our Choco-O's Bio cereals are a delight for those with a sweet tooth. Crunchy chocolate-flavored rings, gluten-free, vegan and free from the 14 main allergens.

Just add your favorite vegetable drink and it's ready to eat.

  1. Nutritious porridge with fruit (less than 2 minutes of preparation)

Porridges with Fruit and Bio Fidu Seeds are an alternative to conventional porridge. Made from quinoa, teff and millet, without added sugar, with pieces of dehydrated fruit and seeds.

They are a nutritious, healthy and satiating breakfast. High in fiber, iron and magnesium.

To prepare, just add your favorite vegetable drink and microwave for about 1 minute. If you wish, you can accompany with pieces of fresh fruit and sweeten with agave.

  1. Delicious Cocoa Porridge (less than 2 minutes of preparation)

Our Organic Cocoa Porridges are perfect for those who love chocolate but don't want to abuse sugar in the morning. Made with quinoa and teff, with no added sugar, with raw cocoa nuggets and seeds that give it extra crunch.

They are a delicious and nutritious breakfast to eat without guilt. High in fiber and iron and a source of protein.

To prepare, just add your favorite vegetable drink and microwave for about 1 minute. You can also accompany it with fresh fruit or your favorite toppings.

  1. Waffles without added sugar or fat (about 5 minutes of preparation)

All you need is a waffle maker, our Pancakes and Waffles Mix and water or plant-based drink, to have fantastic gluten-free and vegan waffles in the morning. This is also a healthier option than conventional waffles as they have no sugar or need to add fat.

Serve with fresh fruit, agave syrup or a delicious Cocoa Cream.

  1. Fluffy Sugar-Free Pancakes (about 5 minutes prep)

If you are a fan of pancakes, but don't have much time to prepare them, with our Pancakes and Waffles Mix, just mix water or vegetable drink, mix and pour into the frying pan. For delicious orange pancakes, just replace the water with the same amount of orange juice. Easy isn't it?
