INGREDIENTS :
- 1 pack of Fidu Traditional Cake Preparation 500g
- 75g of fresh spinach
- 30 + 30ml of vegetable oil
- 170 + 170ml of water
For decoration:
- 1 White Chocolate with Coconut Milk 70g Fidu
- currants, pomegranate or red berries to taste
PREPARATION:
- To prepare the green pasta, wash the spinach well and place it in a pan with half a glass of water over medium heat.
- When the spinach is cooked, remove from the heat and drain the cooking water into a measuring cup. Fill the glass with cold water up to 170ml.
- Add the water to the spinach again and chop well with the magic wand or the blender until it becomes juice. Let cool.
- Preheat the oven to 170oC.
- Pour half the contents of the package (about 250g) into a bowl and add 30ml of vegetable oil. Stir until you get a sandy-looking mixture.
- Add spinach juice. Mix with a wire whisk or electric mixer, until obtaining a homogeneous cream with air bubbles. Reserve.
- Prepare the yellow dough. To the remaining contents of the package (250g), add 30ml of vegetable oil and mix. Add 170ml of water and mix again, as for the previous dough.
- On a tray lined with parchment paper, place the two doughs side by side and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes (cooking time may vary depending on the type and size of the pan and the type of oven used). Check if they are cooked with the help of a toothpick.
- Let it cool and cut the cake into shapes of Christmas trees and stars (or other Christmas themes) with the help of cookie dough cutters.
- For decoration, melt the Fidu White Chocolate in a bain-marie and decorate to taste, complementing currants, pomegranate or red fruits.
