
Cinnamon Cake with Sunflower Seeds 🌻
This recipe is very simple and quick, you just need to add the sunflower seeds to the Cinnamon Cake Preparation.
And since it's a Fidu cake, it's:
✔️ exempt from the 14 main allergens,
✔️ gluten free,
✔️ lactose free,
✔️vegan.
INGREDIENTS:
- Prepared for Cinnamon Cake 500g Fidu
- sunflower seeds qb
- 60ml of vegetable oil
- 340ml of water
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the oven to 170oC.
- Pour the Cinnamon Cake Preparation into a bowl.
- Add vegetable oil. Stir until you get a sandy-looking mixture.
- Add the water. Mix with a wire whisk or electric mixer, until obtaining a homogeneous cream with air bubbles.
- Cover the bottom of the form with sunflower seeds, previously greased.
- Pour the dough into the form.
- Bake for about 30 minutes (baking time may vary depending on the type and size of the pan and the type of oven used). Check that the cake is cooked with the help of a toothpick.
- Remove the cake from the oven, unmold after a few minutes and let it cool.
