Cocoa Cake in Fidu Mug
Our cake mixes are so versatile that we tried making “Cake in a mug” with our Cocoa Cupcake mix.
The result was surprisingly quick and delicious, just put the preparation in the mug, add vegetable oil, water and mix, microwave for 2 to 3 minutes and that's it!
Very fast, perfect for those snacks in which what we really wanted was a cake, that break at work when we feel like a sweetie and we don't have much time.
Ingredients (for one mug):
- 125g of our Cocoa Cupcake Mix
- 15ml vegetable oil or olive oil
- 85ml of water
Preparation:
- Pour half the contents of the package (125g) into a 300ml mug, add the vegetable oil. Stir with a fork or spoon until you get a sandy-looking mixture.
- Add the water. Mix well until obtaining a homogeneous cream with air bubbles.
- Microwave at maximum power for about 2 to 3 minutes (time may vary depending on microwave power). Check if it is cooked with the help of a toothpick.
- Remove from microwave and let cool for a few minutes.
Tip: You can add cubes of your favorite fruit to the dough to give it a special touch.
This recipe works with all our cake and cupcake flavors (Traditional, Cinnamon and Cocoa).
Like our products, this recipe does not use eggs or milk, being free from the 14 main allergens, gluten free, lactose free and suitable for diets.
