Chocolate Cupcake with Banana Filling

These Chocolate Cupcakes have a delicious banana filling inside and are so simple and easy to prepare, perfect to serve on any occasion, whether as a snack, dessert, breakfast or even at a party.

INGREDIENTS (for 6 to 8 cupcakes):


PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
  2. Pour the contents of the package into a bowl and add 30ml of vegetable oil. Stir until you get a sandy-looking mixture.
  3. Add the water. Mix with a wire whisk or electric mixer, until obtaining a homogeneous cream with air bubbles.
  4. Cut half of the banana and crumble one half of the banana with a fork until creamy.
  5. Pour the mass only half of the medium forms, previously greased or lined with parchment paper forms.
  6. With the help of a dessert spoon, pour the banana filling (only one spoon with filling in each form).
  7. Pour the rest of the dough until the molds are filled.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes (cooking time may vary depending on the type and size of the pan and the type of oven used). Check if they are cooked with the help of a toothpick.
  9. Remove from the oven and unmold after a few minutes.
