
Pomegranate Cupcake
These amazing Pomegranate Cupcakes are so simple and easy to prepare, perfect to serve on any occasion, whether as a snack, dessert, breakfast or even at a party.
INGREDIENTS (for 6 to 8 cupcakes):
- 1 pack of Fidu Traditional Cupcake Mix 250g
- 80g of pomegranate
- 30ml of vegetable oil
- 170ml of water
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
- Pour the contents of the package into a bowl and add 30ml of vegetable oil. Stir until you get a sandy-looking mixture.
- Add the water. Mix with a wire whisk or electric mixer, until obtaining a homogeneous cream with air bubbles.
- Add the pomegranate to the dough and mix.
- Pour the dough into previously greased medium forms or lined with parchment paper forms.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes (cooking time may vary depending on the type and size of the pan and the type of oven used). Check if they are cooked with the help of a toothpick.
- Remove from the oven and unmold after a few minutes.
