
Marble Cupcake
Marble cake is a classic that reminds us of our childhood. Two masses of different colors that come together delicately to form a piebald effect.
We decided to try making it in a mini version with the Fidu Cupcake Preparations. This was the result!

To prepare these delicious marble cupcakes just follow the recipe:
INGREDIENTS (for 12 to 14 medium cupcakes):
For the clear dough:
- 1 pack of Fidu Traditional Cupcake Preparation 250g
- 30ml of vegetable oil
- 170ml of water
For the dark pasta:
- 1 pack of Fidu Cocoa Cupcake Preparation 250g
- 30ml of vegetable oil
- 170ml of water
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
2. Prepare the clear dough by pouring the contents of the Fidu Traditional Cupcake Maker package into a bowl. Add 30ml of vegetable oil and stir until you get a sandy-looking mixture.
3. Add 170ml of water. Mix with a wire whisk or electric mixer, until obtaining a homogeneous cream with air bubbles. Reserve.
4. Prepare the dark dough, repeating steps 2 and 3, in a separate bowl with the Fidu Cocoa Cupcake Mix.
5. In previously greased cupcake molds or lined with paper molds, alternately place the two masses in layers, with the help of a spoon, without mixing them.
6. Bake for about 15 minutes (cooking time may vary depending on the type and size of the pan and the type of oven used). Check if they are cooked with the help of a toothpick.
7. Remove from the oven and unmold after a few minutes.
