Mini pancakes and fruit kebab

An original and fun way to eat fruit that appeals to kids and adults alike!

The adorable mini pancakes served on skewers with fruit are a great idea for parties, picnics, special snacks, to take to the beach or even as dessert.

INGREDIENTS

 

PREPARATION:

For 14 to 16 kebabs: 100g of preparation + 150ml of water/vegetable drink.

  1. Add the preparation with water/vegetable drink and mix. (Hint: For sweet pancakes, sweeten to taste.)
  2. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes and mix again.
  3. Grease a nonstick skillet with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat.
  4. Pour a full dessert spoon of batter into the skillet.
  5. Let it cook until the surface starts to get dry and turn to cook on the other side.
  6. Let it cool and assemble the skewers interspersing the mini pancakes with your favorite fruit.
