
Mini pancakes and fruit kebab
An original and fun way to eat fruit that appeals to kids and adults alike!
The adorable mini pancakes served on skewers with fruit are a great idea for parties, picnics, special snacks, to take to the beach or even as dessert.
INGREDIENTS
- Prepared for Fidu Pancakes 400g
- Water or vegetable drink
- Fresh fruit
PREPARATION:
For 14 to 16 kebabs: 100g of preparation + 150ml of water/vegetable drink.
- Add the preparation with water/vegetable drink and mix. (Hint: For sweet pancakes, sweeten to taste.)
- Let the dough rest for 5 minutes and mix again.
- Grease a nonstick skillet with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat.
- Pour a full dessert spoon of batter into the skillet.
- Let it cook until the surface starts to get dry and turn to cook on the other side.
- Let it cool and assemble the skewers interspersing the mini pancakes with your favorite fruit.
