INGREDIENTS (For 8 pancakes):
- 150g Fidu Pancake Preparation
- 200ml Water or vegetable drink
- 1/2 small onion
- 1/4 courgette
- 1 carrot
- cilantro qb
- salt qb
- Chop the onion and courgette.
- Grate the carrot.
- Add the onion, courgette, carrot, coriander and salt.
- Add the mixture with water/vegetable drink in the proportions indicated and mix.
- Add the pasta to the vegetables and mix well until they are all covered.
- Grease a non-stick skillet with vegetable oil or olive oil and heat over medium heat.
- Pour a portion of the dough into the skillet.
- Let it cook on both sides.
