How to buy with MB WAY?
- When filling in your data (name, address, mobile phone) you must enter your mobile number
- Select MB WAY as payment method
- Validate the payment in the notification area in the app
- Confirm payment with MB WAY PIN or Touch ID
How is credit card payment processed?
After selecting the option to pay by credit card, you must provide the necessary data from your credit card, namely the number, expiration date and security code of the same, and click on the "Pay now" button.
If the payment is declined, the customer will be presented with a message indicating the error found in their shopping cart window. In these situations, we suggest that the customer try again and, if the problem persists, we recommend that you contact your bank or credit card issuer for more information.
Once the payment is made, the amount will be debited from the customer's credit card account.
Note: Payments are always made in euros.

The customer can select the option:
“Save data for future Paypal transactions”
By subscribing to this option, the customer will not need to access the Paypal page for a next purchase. The value of the purchase in question will be automatically debited from the Paypal account used when subscribing to this option.
At any time, the customer can access the Paypal account and remove this option. To do so, you must access the Profile > My money > My pre-approved payments menus. There, all pre-approved payments will appear and it will be sufficient to cancel the payment associated with Fidu.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Fidu does not store any login details for the customer's Paypal account.
Payments by Multibanco can be made through the ATM Network or through your Homebanking.
At the end of your order, an ATM reference will be generated. The customer will receive this reference in the order confirmation email.
To pay at an ATM or Homebanking box, the customer must select the option "Payment for Services/Purchases" and enter the corresponding entity, reference and amount.
The order will be processed on the same day, if payment is made before 2 pm on a working day. Orders paid after this time will be processed the next business day.
Products are reserved for 4 days. If Fidu does not receive payment for the order during this period, the order will be cancelled.
By selecting this option, you will receive in your email the IBAN of the bank account where you must deposit/transfer the value of the order.
Please send proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number, so that we can identify your payment.
Between different banks payment may take up to 3 business days.
The order will be processed on the same day that the payment confirmation is made in our bank.
Products are reserved for 5 days. If Fidu does not receive proof of the order during this period, the order will be cancelled.
