About us

As parents of a boy with a food allergy, we know how difficult it is to find safe, allergen-free and trace-free foods that we can trust. As the slightest ingestion of traces or contact with the allergen can trigger a reaction, we chose for everyone at home to follow the same dietary restrictions to avoid accidents and cross contamination.
We wanted to be able to celebrate as a family and share sweet moments with friends, stress-free and safe, with food that was pleasant for everyone.
That's why we started to develop recipes that were safe, not only for our child, but for everyone... from those with intolerances to those with allergies and their families, including those who choose to eliminate animal products from their diet, such as vegans and vegetarians. We also wanted to offer an easy and practical solution, to prepare at home, at any time, without major complications.
Thus was born Fidu, whose name comes from the word fidúcia, which in Latin means trust and security. We want to be a trusted brand that provides safe food for everyone regardless of their food restrictions caused by allergies or intolerances.
