Cocoa Cake Mix 500g

- A cocoa cake with a touch of carob, is the alternative to conventional chocolate cake.
This cocoa cake always tastes good and can be consumed by everyone, including most dietary restrictions, because like all our products, it is free from of the top 14 allergens, gluten, lactose and animal ingredients.
Just use your imagination and decorate it as you wish! -
INGREDIENTES: Flour mix (rice, corn, carob), golden cane
sugar, corn starch, cocoa, raising agents (monopotassium
tartrate, sodium bicarbonate), salt, thickener (xanthan gum). -
1. Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
2. Pour the contents of the package into a bowl, add 60ml of vegetable oil. Stir until you have a mixture with a sand-like appearance.
3. Add 340 ml of water. Mix with wire whisk or electric mixer, until you get a homogeneous cream with air bubbles.
4. Pour the dough into a round pan, previously greased or lined with baking paper.
5. Bake for about 35 minutes (the cooking time may vary with the type and size of the pan and the type of oven used). Make sure the cake is cooked with a toothpick.
6. Remove from the oven and unmold after a few minutes.
All ingredients added to the preparation must be free of allergens.

Mistura de farinhas (arroz, milho, alfarroba), açúcar amarelo, amido de milho, cacau (3,6%), levedantes (tartarato monopotássico, bicarbonato de sódio), sal, espessante (goma xantana).
1. Pré-aqueça o forno a 170oC.
2. Deite o conteúdo da embalagem uma taça, junte 60ml de óleo vegetal. Mexa até obter uma mistura com aspeto areado.
3. Junte 340 ml de água. Misture com batedor de arames ou batedeira elétrica, até obter um creme homogéneo com bolhas de ar.
4. Verta a massa numa forma redonda de 20-24 cm de diâmetro, previamente untada ou forrada com papel vegetal.
5. Leve ao forno cerca de 35 minutos (o tempo de cozedura pode variar com o tipo e tamanho da forma e com o tipo de forno utilizados). Verifique se o bolo está cozido com a ajuda de um palito.
6. Retire do forno e desenforme após alguns minutos.
Todos os ingredientes adicionados na preparação devem ser isentos de alergénios.
